Sacs Tecnorib at FLIBS with the PIRELLI 42 speedboat and the American Premiere of the new Rebel 47

Sacs Tecnorib returns to the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show, the world's largest in-water boat show, with the PIRELLI 42 inflatable boat, the first model in the range conceived by the Mannerfelt Design Team created to combine walkaround convenience with the sportiness of the PIRELLI brand. The FLIBS will also be the opportunity for the U.S. debut of the new Rebel 47, a successful model in the revolutionary Rebel line designed by Christian Grande.
Both boats are much appreciated by the American market for their ability to combine outstanding performance, attentive design, and on-board comfort.
The U.S. market is becoming increasingly central for Sacs Tecnorib, whose models are ideal for the on-board lifestyle of overseas boat owners. Indeed, this target is looking for short day trips, guaranteed by good performance, combined with socialising in very large spaces for relaxation or enjoyment.
The company, created from the merge of two leading players in the maxi-rib industry, Sacs and Tecnorib, thus chose to participate in the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show, from October 25-29, with two boats representing this sailing philosophy.
The PIRELLI 42 is the rib designed in collaboration with the Swedish firm Mannerfelt Design Team and is intended for versatile use as a day-cruiser or shadow boat or support vessel of larger yachts. It is the first model in the range, launched in 2020, featuring a walkaround layout: its design ensures great relaxation and comfort on board, thanks to bow and stern sun beds, a living area with outdoor table, and a below-deck with convertible dinette and bathroom. Ted Mannerfelt, CEO and Design Director of the firm of the same name, said: "As for the sporty soul of this boat, it has been enhanced with clean and elegant lines. My team and I also strived to respect Pirelli design so that it would be instantly recognisable. We therefore included the tread pattern of the Pirelli Blue Wet tyre used in the most important track races on the tubes. It is easy to drive and can achieve remarkable performance". The model exhibited at the U.S. show will be powered by three 400 Hp Mercury Verado engines, for a total power output of 1,200 Hp.
The Rebel 47 MY2023, making its debut in the United States, has been redesigned by Christian Grande with tapered tubes, muscular and refined lines and is among the top models in the Rebel range, designed to combine the sportiness of maxiribs with the elegance of yachts.
It is a luxury day-cruiser with a modern design, whose small foam bumpers make the exterior very sleek and elegant. The main deck provides a dining area served by a large and versatile galley/bar, plus a lounge area with sofas and sun beds; below deck there are two double cabins with super queen-size bed, sofa and bookshelves.
Innovations and special features of this model include a carbon hard-top, a wider, wraparound windscreen, a reduced beam for easier docking in port, and a new range of metallic paints.
The model exhibited in Fort Lauderdale will have a pair of 440 Hp Volvo Penta D6s engines, for a total output of 880 Hp.
Sacs Tecnorib will be at the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show from 25 to 29 October 2023 at stand FG 15, FG 16.
