Marine grade, high-quality epoxy for catamaran builds like Cheetah Marine

Cheetah Marine's prototype catamaran was built in 1989 on the Isle of Wight. Founder, Sean Strevens, built her with thin marine ply and WEST SYSTEM® epoxy, the original and best marine grade epoxy.

A mould was taken from Sean's original catamaran. From that Cheetah Marine built its business. The company's expanded significantly over the years with a new manufacturing space in Portugal and over 500 catamarans to its name.

Sean sent these images to the technical team at Wessex Resins and Adhesives. He says he couldn't have built his business without WEST SYSTEM products and given that it's thirty years on, he thought it was time that he mentioned he used WEST SYSTEM epoxy.
