James Newman of J-TEC Composites © Wessex Resins & Adhesives

James Newman, of J-TEC Composites, says his favourite part of making products is the final outcome, when he sees the face of the customer realising the part 'does what they want it to do'.

He's been using composites from an early age, starting out with a model boat which had such a "ridiculous engine, it ended up in a corn field." His progressive career has seen him working across the aviation and automotive industry and he's a firm fan of PRO-SET® epoxy.

"I have used other people's products and had issues," he says. "Since using Wessex Resins' product, the level of support and technical assistance is off the scale. It's hugely important to my work to deliver - so I've got three or four numbers for your team and I know I'll get an answer whenever I need it."
