2018 was a great year at Seaward. On top of a constant review and updating of the Seaward boats there have been some significant product developments on board the latest models.

At Seaward's all British factory in Cowes on the Isle of Wight, it has never been busier; with seven new boats in build, including three of the new Seaward 27s as well as development of our new models. Almost everything on a Seaward boat is made by our in-house team ensuring optimum quality and flexibility.

The boats in build are a great mix of the latest developments on its traditional models and new products such as the 27. Build techniques show the same diversity, with processes such as infusion moulding and digital switching carried out by its small and expert team one also sees the highest levels of craftsmanship in the refined and practical woodwork on board.

As well as developing the product, the team at Seaward have been working on the long term plan for the business and agreeing the structure for its next five years of development. New 'cornerstone' investor and Director Mark Huntley, a Seaward owner, brings a wealth of business development experience with the benefit of a user's perspective.

The end result is exceptional and different to the mainstream builders, Seaward offers users the rugged and capable vessels one often sees making light of sea going passages whilst also having the comfort and facilities that modern construction and techniques can provide.
