I e-mailed the club and got a prompt response, they are going to sort it out so no need to name and shame.

Most helms and result admins appreciate the crew, as an appeal to those who forget: please acknowledge the crew. As a suggestion to Y&Y: in your guidelines for report submission could you please suggest that results submitted should include the crew names for multiple handers. A few seconds extra typing is all it takes.

Some competitors bring this on themselves.
Sometimes in a series, helms change crew, the norm is that the points and entry are for the helm and the boat, if you treated each crew change in a traveller's series of opens as a new team, it would mean less people qualified. Few enough people are managing to discard all their DNS's in most traveller's series as it is, so this is probably why the race team were focussed on the helms for the results.
To carry that thought process to the results for an individual race or weekend is a mistake, which the club seem to acknowledge.

If some crew names are obscure then put the ones in that are known, simple. The results in question were for a weekend and looking at other results on the club website it seems that it's a policy not to include crew names.... Ermm

there's also the historical aspect of  the crew being hired help  and the helm and/or Owner  being 'the man' ...
