So were planning some unofficial fleet racing this weekend and I would like to keep track of the scores out on the water.

Only needs to be 1st, 2nd, 3rd etc but a pen and paper isnt going to work on a wet and windy Blaze dinghy?

Any one any suggestions

Cheers

Ian

Prepared Scoring Table

Wetnotes and a pencil, 2B, 4B, 6B.

Grid on deck and 6B pencil.

Set up the grid on a waterproof mobile phone (this won't work if it's really wet and windy).

We just trust each sailor to remember who was in front of them (and probably behind as backup). I doubt anybody would try to cheat and in a disputed finish award a tie.

Thanks for all the suggestions guys.

I'm going for the 6b pencil on the fore deck idea, I'll let you know how it works.

Thanks
