Club Marine sponsors 2012 Brisbane Tinnie and Tackle Show

'4x4 and Tinnie and Tackle Show'    Club Marine

March 23 to 25 will see Brisbane’s RNA Showgrounds play host to the trailerboat industry’s premier event, the Brisbane Tinnie and Tackle Show, showcasing products from the most diverse range of exhibitors ever seen.

The tantalising aroma of the Club Marine Cooking Stage will make it a must-visit feature of the show.

Bart Beek will be demonstrating his culinary cooking skills and visitors will have the chance to sample the finished product after his presentations which will run hourly during each day of the event.

Education, entertainment and inspiration are the themes of the Fishing Expo Stage which will be hosted by renowned angler, iFish’s Paul Worstelling, on the Saturday and Sunday.

Tips, tricks and tales will be shared in a series of presentations, with the program also featuring Dave ‘Nugget’ Downie and Gary Howard.

The Fishing Expo Stage will also host afternoon weigh-ins as part of the QLD BREAM Open tournament.

A full schedule of presentations and guests can be found online at www.tinnieandtackle.com.au

Brett Edmonds, QLD State Manager for Club Marine, said the Brisbane Tinnie and Tackle Show was an important event on South-East Queensland’s boating calendar.

'Club Marine as a leading provider of boat insurance for more than 40 years is proud to be a sponsor again in 2012,' said Edmonds.

'This will mark the fifth year that Club Marine has partnered with the Brisbane Tinnie and Tackle Show.

'We are delighted to be involved with this event which continues to go from strength to strength showcasing Queensland’s trailer boat industry.'

Jason Plant from Marine QLD welcomed Club Marine’s return as the show’s presenting sponsor.

'We’re very pleased to have the support of the team at Club Marine for 2012,' said Plant.

'2012 is shaping up to be one of the Brisbane Tinnie and Tackle Show’s biggest events, with the most diverse range of products on show that we’ve ever featured.'

The Brisbane Tinnie and Tackle Show will be co-located with the National 4x4 & Outdoors Show.

Organisers have introduced a free travel option for those wishing to attend the show, with weekend trains from Brisbane’s Central and Roma Street Stations running across the weekend for ticketholders.

Tickets are now available to purchase online at www.tinnieandtackle.com.au
