24 Heures Motoautiques Rouen, organised by the Rouen Yacht club, is being held on the River Seine between 26th and 28th May 2012.
We are pleased to announce the first international all female team competing at the 48th edition of this annual event will be racing with Norways’ Mette Bjerknaes.
The 23-year old has been racing in Formula 2 for two years and is currently the youngest and only female athlete in the World Championship. Mette qualified for an International Super License in 2011.
She has been involved in racing since she was born, with both father, Morten and mother, Lene racing.
Mette will join the top champion female drivers, Bimba Sjoholm of Sweden, Marie-Line Henricher of France and Canadian Tammy Wolf to conquer the River Seine in May 2012.
