IAG Yachts shipyard, based in Zhuhai (China) has launched its second yacht to date.

The IAG100’, the first of the Electra series, is now undergoing sea trials and will be delivered to her new owner shortly. This yacht will remain in China and will be presented at regional boat shows.

In the Electra, beauty meets technique. Italian styling joins with superb engineering to combine quality and timeless fashion in a very comfortable and detailed craft. The astonishing talents of IAG’s interior design department have enriched the Electra with luxurious interiors and delicate touches.

The Electra 100, 30m LOA and with a beam of 6.5m, is powered by two MTU M93 main engines that drive a maximum speed of 27kts as well as economically cruising to a range of 2,000nm at 10kts. She also boasts a shallow 4’ draft and an optimal seaworthy ocean travelling hull form suitable for the most challenging conditions.
