Motor Boat of the Year Awards took place in London on Monday, to coincide with Collins Stewart London Boat Show at Docklands. The awards are designed to reward the best motorboats on the market, taking into account aspects from design to value for money.
Now in its second year, the awards feature 11 categories covering vessels from sportsboats up to motoryachts over 21.3m (70ft). There's also a special service award, as voted for by readers of the magazines via the website
'The Awards are the perfect way of recognising all the innovative work in design and production that is happening in the motorboats market,' said publisher Stephen Kendall.
Collins Stewart and National Boat Shows will be hosted a champagne reception at the awards ceremony, which was held in the evening at Claridges in Mayfair
The shortlist was split into 10 categories covering sportsboats to superyachts
