Sunreef Yachts has announced a revolutionary new eco-oriented, ultra-modern sailing superyacht, the Sunreef 90 Ultimate.
Designed to extend Sunreef Yacht’s range of performing fast cruisers from 70 to 170 feet, the Sunreef 90 Ultimate is a masterpiece in nautical construction and performance.
A very light carbon, high-performance superyacht with a light displacement of only 55T, the Sunreef 90 Ultimate deliver speeds in excess of 20 knots in the lightest breezes. The catamarans sleek hulls with reversed bows provide astonishing performance with optimal safety and stability.
Its compact and minimalist superstructure reduces air resistance, and the extensive onboard range of green energy sources including solar panels, wind and hydro generators deliver great support for the main generator and allow silent running at anchor.
For the first time, the flybridge is strictly dedicated to sail manoeuvring and is entirely covered by solar panels with a total area of 54m2 generating 8kW of power. This allows for transparent ceilings in the saloon and master cabin, all supported by a honey-comb shaped carbon-fibre super structure which is a key feature of the unique interior design. Two helmstations guarantee easy and ergonomic handling and superb panoramic views.
The Sunreef 90 Ultimate’s entire superstructure will be constructed of carbon fibre and glass panels to create improved illumination and natural ambience. The central area comprises a luxurious saloon and galley with the Owner’s Suite occupying the foreward starboard zone.
This remarkable Owner’s suite features uninterrupted sea views through an expansive glass wall, with sliding doors providing access to a private and protected outdoor terrace. This exclusive area comprises a spa, lounge and bar.
Two double guest cabins are also located in the starboard hull, each enjoying private ensuites, as well as a convenient service room with an abundance of storage and direct connection with the main deck galley.
The portside hull features the master bathroom, navigation station, one double guest cabin including ensuite and storage), en-suite bathroom and storage, and one crew cabin.
The 20m2 cockpit features a sofa, sunbathing stations, plus a tender garage on the aft.
The new Sunreef 90 Ultimate is undoubtedly one of the most exciting design concepts to emerge in the marine industry and confirms the shipyard’s reputation as a vanguard of luxury catamaran design.
