With the summer boating season approaching we welcome aboard the ladies along with their men to enjoy safe boating. SOS Marine has designed rescue assistance equipment for everyone to use in rescue and recovery operations.

The affordable SOS Dan buoy and SOS two Person Life raft are compact and portable man-overboard rescue systems 'light and easy' to throw in an emergency.

SOS Marine identified the need to improve equipment capabilities for those people who spend 99% of their boating time within sight of land. The good news for all, especially the ladies, who travel on board with their partners is that there is no assembly required with either rescue product.

The multi-award winning SOS Dan Buoy rescue system is ready to deploy at any time. Just pick up and throw towards the person overboard and it auto-inflates. It weighs only 4kgs (and shaped similar to a ladies handbag) meets the Yachting Australia rules attached to the lifebuoy. The SOS Dan Buoy has won several prestigious awards including the NSW Engineering Excellence Award for Welfare, Health & Safety.

The SOS 2 Person Life Raft, weighing 7.5 kilos, offers coastal boaters travelling alone or with another person an easier system to use. Existing four-plus person rafts are heavy and cumbersome for a couple to move into position. The raft has optional emergency aids and a canopy. It is easier to maintain with reduced servicing costs.

The ease-of-use of these compact ready-to-go rescue systems is suitable for all size boats.

The high quality and unique design of SOS Marine`s equipment is so well respected and highly regarded that 12 National Defence Forces worldwide have purchased our safety equipment.
