With just 70 days until Rivergate International Boat Show, Brisbane's premier 'on water' boat show, begins, there is a raft of exciting news to report.
Show goers can park nearby or catch a City Cat service from any regular City Cat terminal to Brett's Wharf where they can easily transfer to the Lady Brisbane for a leisurely cruise to and from the show.
For exhibitors, there are sea trial berths available for boats of all sizes – from tinnies to vessels up to 70’ - as well as space now available on the hard stand to display large vessels up to 70’.
Visitors to the show can view on water displays from various locations. The spacious promenade provides a unique upper level viewing platform in addition to traditional marina finger and walkway access.
Another major innovation is the Boat Show Auction, a 'world first' that will take place at Rivergate International Boat Show. A marine auction featuring a variety of vessels including several ‘no reserve’ lots (new boats) will take place at 2pm Sunday, October 7.
The auction is attracting a lot of interest and will offer many advantages never before offered at boat shows to exhibitors.
